1 Cup fine semolina

½ Cup table cream
1 Cup milk
For the cream:
4 Cups whole milk (1L)
½ cup Cornstarch
2 Tbsp sugar
8 Oz cream cheese
1 Tsp vanilla extract
½ Cup table cream
For the syrup:
1 Cup water
1 Cup sugar
Lemon juice (half lemon)
1 Tsp Orange blossom water
