5 RIBS CELERY
2 MEDIUM CARROTS

1/2 BOTTLE WHITE WINE
1 QT TOMATO PUREE
3 QTS FISH STOCK OR CHICKEN STOCK OR LOBSTER STOCK
1.5 PINT HEAVY CREAM
1/2 CUP SHERRY VINEGAR
