Mushroom Arancini w/ spicy tomato sauce – Warm in 425-450 degree for 8-12 minutes or until crisped on the outside and heated through – or in an air fryer for 6-8 minutes at until crispy on outside and heated through. Serve with side of tomato sauce. (Red Dot)

Roasted Acorn Squash w/ burrata, figs, balsamic, roasted hazelnuts, crispy garlic, and sage oil – Warm acorn squash in 425-450 degree oven for 6-8 minutes or until hot – or 4-5 minutes in air fryer on high heat. Transfer squash to a plate and garnish with the burrata cheese (break it into a few pieces and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper), sage oil as well as the crispy garlic and hazelnuts. Creamy Spinach Tomato Tortellini Soup – Warm in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until heated through. (Blue Dot)

Tomato, Cucumber, Basil Panzanella Salad – Toss the tomatoes, cucumbers, croutons and dressing together in a bowl. Season lightly if desired with salt and pepper. Allow 15-20 minutes for the croutons to absorb a little bit of the dressing and liquid from the veggies. Toss once more then serve. (Green Dot)

Milanese Pork Chop w/ apple fennel salad – Heat in 425-450 oven for 6-7 minutes or until warmed through and crisped on the outside or ideally in air fryer on high for 3-5 minutes until crisped on the outside. Toss the arugula along with the shaved apple and fennel. Season lightly with salt and a squeeze of lemon. Slice the pork and squeeze a little more of the lemon and garnish with the parmesan cheese. Serve pork along side the arugula apple-fennel salad. (Pink Dot)

Apple Cake w/ pine nuts and lemon glaze – Does not need to be reheated but can be warmed for 3-5 minutes in 350 oven to take the chill off and warm slightly if desired. (No dot)
