We scoured the aisles in search of the best Aldi Christmas finds, then sampled and ranked them all. Now, you’ll know exactly what to buy! Each product was ranked first and foremost on taste, but we also considered gifting and entertaining possibilities.
Because the holidays can get pricey, we made sure to look at value, too. Aldi groceries are so cheap, not because they skimp on quality but because everything about their business model is designed to save you money.
Many of these items are Aldi store brands, so you won’t be able to find them anywhere else. We also sampled a few Trader Joe’s Christmas items. Mix and match them on your holiday grazing table, save a few for stocking stuffers or place them in baskets as a treat for your hosts. The more holiday treats, the merrier!

15. Milk Chocolate Gingerbread Hearts
These indulgent treats feature a mix of milk chocolate and gingerbread with an apricot fruit filling. The bite-sized, heart-shaped desserts are imported from Germany. While we liked the unique flavor combination, ultimately, these snacks fell short in our lineup. The gingerbread spices were too mild to make us come back for more, and this milk chocolate wasn’t as high quality as the other treats we sampled.

14. Dark Chocolate Peppermint Marshmallows
These eye-catching marshmallows are shaped like Christmas trees, and the inside is tinted with a festive green hue. Each peppermint-flavored marshmallow is dipped in dark chocolate for an extra special snack. These would make for fun and festive Christmas s’mores or would be adorable when dropped into a mug of homemade hot cocoa. We would definitely pick up a box while decorating a gingerbread house as well.
