The owners behind the Lehigh Valley’s Copperhead Grille locations have opened a new Mediterranean restaurant in Bethlehem.
The restaurant, Utopita, opened at the Bethlehem Village Shoppes at 3650 Nazareth Pike in Bethlehem Township, it announced on Instagram.
The menu serves dishes such as gyros, pita, bowls, falafel, salads, soups, fries and desserts like frozen yogurt. It’ll also offer catering in the future, its website added.
“Utopita was founded on a passion for sharing the vibrant, street-food culture of Greece with the world,” the website stated. “Inspired by the bustling markets and lively streets of Athens, our name — Utopita — combines ‘Utopia,’ the ideal place, with ‘Pita,’ a staple of Mediterranean street food, to reflect our mission of creating a fresh and healthy haven where flavors transport you straight to the Mediterranean coast. Every pita, every bowl, every swirl of Greek frozen yogurt is made with a commitment to quality and consistency, ensuring that each meal feels like a perfect bite of the Mediterranean, no matter where you are.”
