Maybe you can recognize it immediately, but info I can share is, it is delicious, somewhat watery consistency with some pureed solids, has pieces of diced tomato and onion (not a great help, I know), and I think charred peppers (would they be poblano?) add the charred flecks. It is big on flavor but not heat. if there is a name for this style, can you please share it? Or even a recipe if you feel it matches. Thank you for your help.
