I saw this at my local grocery store on sale and got it. It's really great on a burger. I even made the onion boil things yesterday and put this on top before baking and it was amazing! Not too spicy but very flavorful.

I’ve had it in cucumber salads the last two nights in a row- I’m obsessed with it at the moment!

Never had this specific brand, but have had this kinda thing before, and it’s excellent.

The brand I buy is chili/shallot/garlic and that stuff is like crack. I could put it on anything. I particularly love a spoonful into my miso soup.

I had the Trader Joe’s version.
It didn’t really taste oniony to me, but it was good. Not very spicy, though.
Wouldn’t buy again, but it did give me the idea to saute onions in chili crisp, though.

This kind of stuff makes a kickass cucumber salad with a few other ingredients

I make something like this at home and love it! Dried minced garlic/onions/red pepper flakes in a glass/ceramic bowl (sometimes I add ginger too) heat up some oil and pour it over the dried ingredients. Tada, almost instant chili crunch.

It’s ok. There are much better ones out there. Momofuku is pretty good. There’s also tons of options at Asian stores or like new seasons. We are limited to soy free options in my house, though.

Love it! Use it in cucumber dishes, tuna salad, and I also put some in a pan and cook an egg over it.
Great flavor and heat.

I have a few different things like this. I like to mix it into the ground meat when I make burgers, meatballs, or a meat loaf.
In my fridge now. Goes great with ramen. Rice also. Good with soups in general.
