I planted all of these tomatoes at the same time. The Sungold, Cherokee Purple and Black Cerry are doing great, then there's the Chocolate Sprinkles, they are smaller and the leaves are curling and drying out. It's all of them. I have 14 plants, multiple of each of the varieties I listed above and only the sprinkles are doing that. Any ideas? Will they grow out of it?

I too am curious because I started about five varieties and one – Spoon Cherry – are itty bitty and while the plant is somehow still growing, only the top leaves are still healthy. Everything else just curls up and dies.
I think those are OK. Well within the range of normal development. The peat pots, however, are very problematic. They compete with the seedling’s roots for moisture and dry out inconsistently. I would suggest not using them next time.
It’s a dwarf variety. It will naturally have shorter inter-nodal spaces. Unfortunately this means that the foliage can dampen off because it may be closer to the soil during the seedling stage. I agree with the other commenter about the peat pots and I suggest getting a stronger grow light and fan to mitigate any foliage issues.
