    I think it needed a bit more time but the Leopard spots were on point! I follow a recipe from another user on site and it has been absolutely GOLD – Chewy, Airy, Delicious.

    Anything I can do to take it up a notch?

  2. I’d add the broiler to get the top a little more done. I like a little char on the bubbles but that’s just me.

  4. Recipe for dough? I have mastered my “last minute, emergency dough” but really want to experiment and try overnight fermentation and/or sourdough..
