How many varieties are you at?
I am currently growing 98 different varieties and always on the lookout for more!

Reminds me of being a kid and my friends flipping through their CD collections 😂 I put all of mine in a ziploc bag then I play a fun game of “what are we growing next?!” and I blindly pick a packet. It’s fun in a very boring adult way.

    You don’t need an intervention.

    You need a bigger field.

Ohhhh that’s a genius way to store those…we even have those (husband collected sports cards)

  5. They’ll last for sooooo many years, don’t worry! It’s a good investment, really.

I’m just over hear thinking how many amazing sources you don’t have seeds from and noting new ones for me to check out.

That’s actually a brilliant way to store seeds. I’m gonna start doing that.

Teach me your ways oh wise one! 🥹 I cannot make tomatoes work for the life of me.. They are so dramatic 🙄

I used to work at MIgardener and the number of seeds I’ve collected… I have about 30 varieties of tomatoes alone. Over 200 different varieties of other seeds. I need help. And a larger garden. Lol

  10. You don’t need an intervention. You come to come over and organize mine too 😁

I’m cutting back to 5-6 plants total. That gives me plenty and allows me to make time and room for peppers, strawberries, and scads of flowers for the hummingbirds. Check out hardy hibiscus. They are absolutely amazing and I can get them to overwinter in pots in Zone 6b. Very little care required other than water and tomato fertilizer. Plus the farmers markets around me are full of great tomatoes if I run out.

  12. When you start banking seed and buying only heirlooms and having 2 seed vaults to assure one is always safe!!🤣🤣

    Looks good to me!

    What’s your faves?
What has done the best for you in your area?
Did your Bunny Hop seeds do well? I got a lot of micro dwarfs from her as well. I love Rosy Finch. Also I got Black Angus last year, it was a huge plant that did well.

Oh that’s brilliant. I never thought of that.
