1st time ever making steak (beef sirloin 220g).

Made on a normal non-stick pan. I dried the steaks surface, lots of salt, bit of pepper, let it warm up like 15 mins. Like 7mins of pan heating, then steak in 2.5-3mins per side, then I dropped the heat, added a bit of butter, basted for a minute. Took off, rested about 5-10 mins. Maybe could have rested longer.

It’s quite a plain meal but a wonderful one. I’m proud of myself.
