So, visiting my friend and he made nachos. I found this crema salvadoreña in his fridge. It looked good, it smelled good, and after scanning for an expiration date and not finding one… it tasted good! So I plopped it on.
As I was about to dig in he informed me his neighbor had bought it by accident 2-3 years ago.
I decided to scrape most of it off.
Is it possible that it's fine? There's a lot of stabilizing ingredients in there….
