

Nothing fancy, room temp Tomahawk pre-seasoned with some lemon juice and Worester sause bbq salt. There's some pork belly rashers on the side.
I loved this, my wife wanted hers to take another trip to the grill. 😄
Brought it up to around 40°C indirectly, rested for 10min and then seared up to 55°C.
It was wonderful.
