Back in our camping days we’d have a cooler for drinks and a cooler just for raw meats, when the ice was gone from the drink cooler people would use the ice slush that we called ‘Meat Water’ to make mixed drinks – it was horrifying to watch… is sally and trichinosis killed by vodka?

that is what i do. take from freezer, put in the microwave for 1.5 minutes. flip it, do 30 more seconds. feel it, if still frozen flip again, and do more
over the years, i have just thrown away too much fresh chicken that i forgot about in the refrigerator. NOW, unless i am eating chicken for supper the day i bought it, it automatically goes into the freezer
