Ingredients:

Steak and Seasoning:
2 pcs sirloin steak
2 pcs ribeye steak
Salt and ground black pepper
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
8 cloves garlic, peeled
1 whole garlic bulb, halved
Olive oil and butter

Mashed Potatoes:
3 large potatoes
Salt
2–3 tbsp butter
½ cup milk
Ground black pepper to taste

Vegetables:
3 baby carrots
1 bunch asparagus

Italian Salad:
Mixed greens (washed and drained)
½ cup green olives
2–3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into chunks. Place them in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil.
Boil until tender, then add the baby carrots and asparagus during the last 2–3 minutes. Drain and set the vegetables aside.
Mash the potatoes, return them to low heat, and mix in butter and milk until creamy. Season with ground black pepper to taste.

2. Roast the Garlic:
Place the peeled garlic and halved garlic bulb on a foil sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add rosemary sprigs.
Wrap tightly in the foil and air fry at 240°C (465°F) for 30 minutes until soft and fragrant.

3. Cook the Steaks:
Sirloin Steaks: Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Season the steaks with salt and pepper, and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side. Add butter, rosemary, and roasted garlic to the pan during the last minute. Spoon the melted butter over the steaks to enhance flavor. Plate and set aside.

Ribeye Steaks: Preheat an air fryer to 230°C (450°F). Cook the seasoned ribeyes for 12 minutes for medium-rare, flipping halfway through. Plate and serve.

4. Assemble the Italian Salad:
Toss the mixed greens with green olives and balsamic vinaigrette. Serve as a refreshing side dish.

5. Plating:
Arrange the steaks on a plate with a generous scoop of mashed potatoes. Add the boiled carrots and asparagus. Serve with roasted garlic and Italian salad on the side.
