Bake on top 3/4 of the oven rack for 7 minutes at 450 degrees. Can use 50/50% in semolina for all three types of maamool cookies if you wish to make it easier for you.

Maamool with Pistachios Ingredients:

Cookie/Crust Ingredients:
1. 3 cups of semolina – 1 cup of course and 2 cups very fine semolina
2. 1/2 cup of butter
3. 1/2 cup of animal gee
4. 1 ½ tablespoon of sugar
5. ¼ cup of orange blossom water
6. ¼ cup of rose water

Pistachios Filling Ingredients:
1. 3 cups of Pistachios
2. 1/3 cup of sugar
3. 1 ½ tablespoon orange blossom water
4. 1 ½ tablespoon rose water
