Chilli plant is fruitful this year, tried blending with garlic salt water and pears.

Its so, so, so hot but also incredibly delicious. I'm hooked.

    You’ll need to add some acid if you want to keep it longer than about a week unless you’re going to ferment in which case you need to store it with an airlock lid and make sure the salt is at least 3% of the total volume of all ingredients.

    I’ve used pears before! They work surprisingly well
