  1. Great tip but my problem is ,I don't have a big table top😢 but I always try to squeeze whatever on my available work board🤷 still works anyhow but not as good

  2. "Walking the dough, use your legs, if you stand like that, it won't go anywhere"

I have went to a walk around the town with my dough just now. It was walking very well and the bottom is wet because of the melted snow on the ground but the top is not sticky at all. Richard is a genius.

Now i'm planning to go a world travel with my dough.

  3. Hello bread Master chef , did you know that you are absolutely amazing , more we look more we learn & learn .Happy new year 2025 chef 🎉🎉🎉💟

  4. If you make bread or want to make bread, watch the whole video during the part where he demonstrates this. Amazing.

  5. So what does this accomplish and why do you walk the dough is this so you don’t have to Knead it?

  6. Isn't it just slightly more dry on top because some of the liquid evaporates? So if you turn it over, it will be the same in a couple minutes? This stuff isn't scientific enough for me…

  7. So in essence, when you fold the dough over top the dry side, it becomes sticky again. Does that also create more air pockets?
I never thought of walking in the dough. I shall do that when I make my bread thank you for the wonderful tip of bread making.

  8. If you've not been to Bath and taken one of his bakery courses, you should save up and go. He is an amazing and inspirational teacher.

  9. If I can't do it on the counter top and I don't have a big heavy wooden board, how can I walk the dough? Any other method i can use? Thanks!!
