Turned out pretty dang good for a 1st time. Definitely a learning for sure. Made with a pellet grill. Really happy how the bark and smoke ring turned out.

    You opened the lid way too soon, especially since you have a water in there and know how it’s going. I hope you let it go another 10 hours. Happy it was good. Brisket is too expensive for me rn. I’m on a $1.79/pound pork butt and ribs now. I can’t afford $125 bucks for a brisket experiment on my Egg.
