    What’s less cooked than rare but not quite raw? That’s what this is. I couldn’t eat it but to each their own. It definitely looks like you accomplished what you were trying to do.

    This is easily the best cook on a steak I have personally seen on those sub. Out of maybe 75 to 100. People here call medium well medium are and it drives me insane. Uncultured swine
