Ingredients 2 cups flour (250g) (add 2tbsp (16g) more if needed) 1 1/2 tsp yeast 160 ml luke warm milk (not hot) 40ml olive oil (or any neutral oil) 1 tbsp + 1tsp sugar 3/4 tsp salt
Egg wash 1 egg yolk A few drops vinegar 3 tsp yogurt
Method: In a large bowl, add warm milk, yeast and sugar. Mix. Add oil and mix. Now add flour and salt and knead and make a sticky dough. If the dough is very very sticky u can add around 2 tbsp more flour. In the end use wet hands so it doesnt stick much, make a ball, cover and let it rest for 1-1,5 hours. After that, the dough would rise, take the air out from risen dough and make a ball again. At this point u can let it rest for more 15 minutes. But you can bake it right away too. After taking the air out and making a ball, place it on a floured surface and stretch the dough with your hand gently. Spray the oven tray with oil and sprinkle semolina or flour on it. Put the dough on it. Now brush the egg wash mixture on it. Now make pattern with your hands as shown in video. Bake in a preheated oven at 200C around 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
