As Someone who has limited access to a kitchen this is great!
500g for 320Kcals (pls ignore the sausage idk how many calories are in there lol )
Literally all I did was wash them and plunk them in the microwave for 8 minutes, added some minced garlic, umami paste and vinegar and they are great and filling 😍
As someone who struggles with binging and feeling full I just learnt that potatoes are one of the highest foods on the satiety(feeling full) scale ! After eating them I feel very satisfied when usually I don’t have a meal!
Especially after burning 2000 calories in cardio today (new goal)
Plus they are cheap for 500g it costed me less than a pound I think 😍
So I am full and saving money
How have we forgotten about the humble potatoe 😍😍😍
