Seeing the tortilla pizzas on this sub yesterday really made me crave one for breakfast, and I am always surprised by how low calorie these turn out!
“Pizza”
– Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and italian seasoning
– Air-fry chicken breast tenders @ 380F/190C for 8 minutes
– While chicken is air-frying, take low-carb tortilla and place diced tomatoes, mushrooms, and red onions on it.
– Break off pieces of cooked chicken and place them on the tortilla, and put some cheese on it before popping it back into the air-fryer for 3-5 minutes
