I just salted and froze my first (farm raised) salmon this weekend! cant wait for next week (needs to be frozen for 5 days)
cost me $15 for (3) 1lb belly fillets at a local wegmans
H mart (and also wegmans) buying sashimi ready salmon would have cost me $60-$70

Wish we had something even remotely close to H Mart or KP International Market up north where I live now. Glad I moved from Cali but the food just hasn’t hit the same way since I left. Not even in Atlanta.
