Week 6 of dinners!

    Been so busy and haven’t posted for a month, but I’m back with more dinners!

    * air fried salmon with romaine salad, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, purple onion, yellow peppers and a homemade dressing with a side of creamy mac ‘n’ cheese
    * shrimp tacos with avocado salsa, corn on the cob and sweet potato fries
    * creamy butter bean orzo with chestnut mushrooms and spinach
    * crispy spicy teriyaki tofu bowls with jasmine rice, runner beans, avocado, cucumber, green onions, kewpie mayo and sesame seeds
    * basa coated in potato flour and seasonings, (hubby had gammon with egg), butter garlic parsley potatoes and broccoli

    It all looks really well composed! But I must ask, are your portions normally that big? Surely you must be saving some of that food on your plates for later unless both you and your partner/friend are athletes or are bulking.

    Every looks great but your orzo dishes always look sooooo good and comforting. I think I’ve made your salmon with orzo a few times.
