Hi everyone, tried this blue cheese during my travel in Gold Coast, Australia. Tasted like Roquefort. Not sure which type/brand of this? Tried to ask staff there, but they're not sure and ask me might need to ask someone in the kitchen…😂
This "roquefort" has a special blue line from the central, if you know it's likely from which brand or which type or it's not roquefort at all maybe?
