1. Miso chicken with sesame broccolini.
  2. Lemon pepper salmon with Parmesan Brussels sprouts.
  3. Beef & broccoli with shiitake mushrooms.
    Took 7 hours, I had a lot of fun! I found I desperately need another cutting board and a plush kitchen mat to stand on.

    My husband and I have also realized we need bigger cutting boards – especially the kind that have the little ditch around the edge to catch juices!

    My man and I used to do meal prep in a super tiny kitchen. It got to the point where we needed a prep table to plate/box up our meals. That thing was gold and I miss it so much.

    And how do you preserve it ? In the freezing department or ? I am doubting if I should start prep only because of the way to keep it after , won’t it become stale ?, or we should freeze it ? Then how about vitamins ? Thanks for answering my silly questions , I am new to this
