Made up a quick batch of Shepherd’s pie in honor of St. Patty’s day tomorrow.
Brown yellow onion and impossible meat in a skillet with thyme and rosemary, add carrots and peas. Top with some homemade mashers and then broil for a few minutes on 500 until the top is slightly crispy and starting to brown.
Simple, quick, comfort food!
