ingredients:
– 1/2 cup uncooked pasta* (90cal)
sauce:
– 1 tbsp nonfat greek yogurt (21cal)
– 1/2 tsp white cheddar popcorn szn (4cal)
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder (5cal)
– 1/4 tsp salt
– a bit of pasta water
*note: I used the Goodles protein pasta, I’m going to try lower cal pasta versions soon!
Feel free to adjust proportions based on how flavorful you like your pasta!
