peanut gochujang broth, udon noodles, trader joe’s veggie dumplings, and tofu (frozen, thawed & pressed for the extra crispy-ness) pan fried in sauce made of sesame oil, garlic, soy sauce, & more gochujang. topped w cilantro, sesame seeds, & my fave chili oil 🍜🍜
