Can't believe I'm questioning a plate I've made myself lol but I don't have access to a scale which is why I need your help, especially with the sauce!!. I also couldn't take a picture, so I am using one from the Internet as reference of the portion that was served
What's the caloric density of chicken mole?
There was more sauce than chicken (like the picture)

Ingredients used:
Chicken drumsticks (skin removed): 5.18 lbs; 11 large shredded drumsticks
Mole sauce:
235 grams of mole maria (oil removed): the package said that it serves 8 portions= (170kcal) per serving
A tortilla=(65kcal)
two garlic cloves=(8kcal)
1/4 onion=(20kcal)
Approx. nine cups of drumstick stock=(35kcal per cup)
Tablet of chocolate abuelita=(100kcal)
