    Please don’t hump the kimchi. It gets its natural bacteria on its own.

    wooo i love fresh kimchi more than fermented. since i dont have granmas’s fresh kimchi in my fridge, you win.

    Needs more sauce. The cabbage looks a little stiff – did you leave it in salt water a night ahead? Good try tho! Reminds me of the kimchi that I ate with jjajangmyeon as a kid.
