INGREDIENTS:
Baby potatoes 5-8
Chicken 250gm
(Small cube cut)
Salt (Namak) 1tsp
Black pepper powder (Kuti Kali mirch) 1tsp
Red chili flakes (Kuti laal mirch) 1tsp
Oil 3 tbsp

FOR SAUCE:
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Paprika 1 tsp
Black pepper (Kuti Kali mirch) 1tsp
Salt (Namak) 1tsp

METHOD
Boil baby potatoes until soft.
Then smashed it and shallow fry for 2 mins and set side.
Now Cut Chicken in cubes.
Take a pan pour oil then add chicken cook for 2 mins then add All spices cook until soft. Switch off the flame and set aside.
Now take bowl add Mayonnaise,Mustard paste,Paprika,black pepper,salt mix well.
Now set smashed potatoes into the platter then set chicken on top and Drizzle the sauce on top at the end.
