It was my birthday a couple days ago and I overate a lot, but I can't seem to pin down the exact calorie amount. The cake was black forest, and the whole thing is 700g, the chocolates also had cream filling but I cannot seem to find nutrition info on anythinf😭

I’d say everything pictured is 1200-1400. Happy belated birthday!

    Truffles = 70-90 each
Pizza slices probably like = 240-260 each
Sushi pieces = 70-80 each for that type
    Cake has me stumped.

I know everyone says birthday calories don’t count but also I understand we’re all on our own journey. Happy birthday and those things looked really yummy! Wishing you all the best

My very quick and dirty mental math came up with 1,300. Which is not too bad =) A few people are saying Hell no, don’t count, it’s your birthday… I’d say it’s better to count. It doesn’t mean you can’t choose to go over your calorie limit, but just know what the damage is. One cheat day can wipe out a month of progress if you know it’s a free pass to do whatever.

I’ve estimated around 1850 calories for everything pictured ❤️

    Happy birthday 🎂

The chocolates were probably around 40-50 cals each, pizza was maybe 280-300 per slice, the suchi was maybe around 60-80 depending on the type, and google says a 100g serving of black forest cake is around 334

    so 3 chocolates is 120-150

2 pizza slices would be 560-600

6 medium cal sushi would be 420, 1 low cal sushi is maybe 50, and 2 higher cal sushi which would be around 160

And I’ll assume the two slices of cake was around 350g which would be 1170

    Total would be 2480-2550

But as many have said, birthday calories shouldn’t count! It’s one day out of the year when you can just let go and eat whatever without any anxiety about it. One day won’t reverse your progress. It takes months of eating in a surplus to gain weight, the same way it takes months of deficit to lose it. Any increase of weight was likely water or bloating and MAYBE like 0.2 of a lb (which is literally equivalent to only 90g). One day of eating in a deficit and you’re bound to correct it like it never happened. It’s almost like you had maintained for two days! All of that food looked so yummy and so worth it! It looked like you had such a fun birthday!

    1. 210 cals truffles

    2. 480 cals pizza

    3. 200 cals sushi

    4. 120 cals sushi

    5. 460-680 cals 1/4 of 700g black forest cake

my estimate is 1470-1690 cals total

happy birthday!! & most importantly i hope you enjoyed everything because it looks delish <3

    Pic 1: 55 for each candy= 165
    Pic 2: 250/ slice= 500
    Pic 3: the big sushi pieces 65 (7 pieces?) and 40 for the 1 small = 495
    Pic 4: 65 each= 130
    Pic 5: 400

Total about 1,690 if I had to guess

Happy birthday !! Your cake looks soo cute and all the foods you ate looked good! Calories don’t count on bday hehehe

  12. You’re allowed to have a day to not count. Your birthday is a great cheat day!

idk I didn’t count but how did you manage to pick the three worst looking chocolate truffles

  14. Spirited_Meringue_80

Probably somewhere in the ballpark of 1,800 – 2,100 depending on exact pizza toppings, sushi type and truffle filling as well as the exact cake recipe. But roughly….

    90 calories per truffle x 3= 270
    300 calories per pizza slice x 2 = 600
    70 calories per sushi piece x 9 = 630
    1/4 of a 700g Black Forest cake = 490
    Total = ~ 1,990

  15. dawnofblair

okay I’ll count. roughly 70 per truffle: 210, 260 per pizza 520, 65 ish for the 6 larger sushis, 40 for the small one, 70 for the 2 sushi’s in the next page: 560.

if the cake is 700g and you had a quarter, 187.5g, chatgpt says 187.5g of Black Forest cake with cream filling is 600 cals, but I’d say 550ish is more accurate.

total isss 1840!! which isn’t much at all plusss it was your birthday and that looked very yummy and worth it
