A few of us have wanted to try this restaurant for a while and it was really good 🤤

Focaccia – Frisee salad, manchego cheese/truffle ice cream – that truffle ice cream was really unique. I really like that salty and sweet pairing 🥹

Foie Gras – The was not on their regular menu but they mix their own foie gras mousse and I really loved this one ❤️

Oyster Mushrooms – Wine, parsley, miso-yogurt, cheese, caramelized hazelnuts – I highly recommend this dish if you love mushrooms 🤤

Beef Carpaccio – Chive pesto, arugula, fresh truffle

Roasted Beetroots – Goat cheese, orange, caramelized hazelnuts

Fish Soup – Red snapper, veloute vegetables – this fish soup was also one of my favorites ❤️

Short Rib Orzo – Braised short ribs, orzo pasta – The orzo was creamy 🤤

Burnt Basque Cheesecake – It was light and creamy, and that burnt sugar is almost like a creme brûlée 🤤
