I've been practicing dough here lately and just made whatever to get rid of the dough haha 😁
1. Unintentionally Rustic Mixed Berry Pie
2. Creme Patisserie filled tart with Fruit
3. Chorizo and Spinach Quiche with Whole Wheat

    That first pie is exactly how I pictured one of those storybook pie-in-the-windowsill moments! Looks unreal!

    Oh, do share the dough recipes. Pie and quiche crusts are never great for me. Perhaps your ingredient lists will be the conquering experiment for me.
