Meal 1- garlic and herbs cousecouse(premade) with baked potatoes
Meal 2- garlic/buttered noodles with mushroom, cucumber, and tomatoes
Meal 3- tumeric rice(premade) with mushrooms and toast
Meal 4- mashed potatoes with vegan cheese and mushrooms
I'm still new to this diet and experimenting with foods and new recipes, but was excited for how it has been going and thought I'd share!!

Nice! Make sure you take vitamin B12, D, E, and a general multivitamin. Check out Hot For Food, Thee Burger Dude, Edgy Veg.. All on YouTube! For some easy good recipes! Also remember just do the best you can.. And remember Oreo Cookies are ok to eat, although they’re pure junk food.. But they are tasty! At least to me..😋

Just make sure you get balanced meals so you have complex carbs + protein + fat+ fiber. So like your first photo i would add some baked tofu, like half a block, second one pasta salad add half a can of chickpeas or other beans
