Not enough pizza tricks get around. Here are some:
– I make dough for the entire month and let it sit in the fridge. 1kg flour, 750ml water yeast and 20g salt into 16 circles covered in eevo
– any raw meat if temp gets high enough. I use raw bacon with pickled red onion. Mmmmm
– top each zah with fresh basil and lemon zest.
– pizza stone on the bottom rack dramatically increases oven temp

    You can put pizza dough in the freezer to keep also. I take it out a few hours before needing it.
