I have 2 bags of this flour arriving Monday. I a seeking volume fiber gourmet recipes like American biscuits, cookies, cakes, muffins, crackers, soda bread etc. Preferably low sugar, low to moderate fat. Thank you!

    Have you tried it yet?

    I know this post has been around for a few days now but it looks like it’s specifically for like cake and dessert type baking. Just try swapping it for flour in some sweets recipes? I’m willing to bet you could make pie crust with it too.

    It says it’s not for bread or bread-like products. Maybe if you bought some extra vital wheat gluten and added like 2/3 cups of fiber gourmet flour and 1/3rd cup of wheat gluten per cup you might be able to make a passable bread with it. But you’re getting more into keto-ish territory there than volume eating.
