Haha! Feel your pain. Exactly half would be my ideal and yet…

It annoys me so much that King Arthur produces some amazing flours, but only if you buy 50 lbs. Where are the 5 lb bags of super high protein flour?

I fit my 50 lb bags of flour in two 5 gallon buckets.

It can, and the bugs will love it if you keep it in that container too.

It’ll fit in a thirty litre barrel. Roll it anywhere you like

I usually buy the 25lb bags of bread and all purpose flour from Sam’s Club. I have a few airtight cereal dispenser containers I fill and leave in the kitchen to use, and then keep the bags rolled tightly shut on a shelf in the basement. I then refill the airtight containers as needed, but I’m also not baking too often so it’s not a tedious process as it might be for others who bake often.

Yes, it fits just fine into 2 five gallon buckets. That’s how I do it, and the screw off top makes it super easy to access.
I think the Sir Lancelot is just perfect for my bread machine because it really can’t develop the gluten on its own and at 28 bucks for 50 lbs its a smoking deal. All my neighbors get bread weekly. lol

I bought one of those recently, along with a 50 pound bag of their whole wheat. I’ll go through the WW a lot faster since my weekly loaves are 75% WW, the remainder bread flour.
