For a prime the inside is cooked to perfection while the fat caps needed a bit longer to render. Over all 8.5/10.

If you enjoyed it, 10/10. That’s all that matters

    Personally I’d still smash this.

Looks good.. However, I now appreciate ordering a medium rare prime rib slice and having it seared when at a restaurant.

  3. Looks really good. So much hard work in that it seems!

    Is this Outback?

If so, then damn, I wasn’t familiar with their game and I need to head over there.

  5. What’s the black bean shaped thing on your plate?

Ive NEVER had prime rib prepped this way. This is how Americans do it?

Prime rib looks good but your mashed potato’s look funny

throwing a massive dollop of butter on top of prime rib seems wild to me lol

Is that the outback style prime rib or the regular style?

The butter seems unnecessary on such and already fatty cut

Lol. The butter is a bold choice. That, jus, and horseradish are going to make for a sloppy steak. But I’ve been known to slop it up a time or two. I used to do that, but not anymore.
