Greetings cheeseburger lovers!
We have a new sourdough bread that we took out for a cheeseburger ride.
Made with dark wheat (type 160) and whole wheat flour, water, salt, honey, olive oil, pumpkin and poppy seeds. 73% hydration.
Inside we have:
- a single beef quarterpounder, roasted in pancetta grease
- two slices of gouda cheese
- two fresh tomato slices
- two roasted pancetta slices
- sweet and sour grilled onions
- vajkrem, which is a tasty hungarian cream cheese spread
Bread was drizzled with pan roasting juices.
It was very delicious. Bread was amazing.
