2 lbs Boneless chicken thighs chopped
A couple shakes of cayenne pepper
Shakes of rotisserie chicken seasoning
A few dashes of ginger
Some garlic and onion seasoning
A couple shakes of paprika
About 4 scoops of butter
A dump of Parmesan
A little rain water….
All melted/stirred together in a bowl for brushing
Grill was set to 250 degrees.
5 minutes flip. BRUSH
5 minutes flip. BRUSH
7 minutes flip. BRUSH.
Realize that there's a thunderstorm and the seasoning bowl is getting rained on.
7 minutes flip.
Brought in and put the final brush of seasoning on the finished product along with some sprinkling of Parsley flakes.
I even took one of those strategic dick pic angles to "enhance" the second photo.
