1️⃣ **Soak ribs** in cold water for 2-3 hours, then drain. 2️⃣ **Sauté onion & green onions** in oil, then add garlic & ginger. 3️⃣ **Caramelize sugar**, then mix in soy sauce & fish sauce. 4️⃣ **Brown the ribs**, then add mirin & vinegar to tenderize. 5️⃣ **Add water & pear juice**, bring to a boil, and simmer for 1 hour. 6️⃣ **Add chilies**, cook for 10 more minutes, and serve!

* **1.5kg beef short ribs (soaked & drained)**
* **1 onion, 1/2 daikon radish, 1 green onion, 1 red chili, 2 green chilies**
**🫕 Marinade & Sauce:**
* **4 tbsp garlic, 0.5 tbsp ginger, 100ml sugar, 200ml soy sauce**
