First time trying Sea Sisters, this rainbow trout in chili oil is really nicely smoked. Smooth and easy to eat.
Unfortunately the chili oil itself doesn’t have a kick, I paired with a can of Gordal picante cocktail mix – this was definitely spicier than the fish 🤣. Nice snack!

Edit – sorry I meant Perelló picante cocktail mix 😆. My favorite can of olives so needed to correct!!
