Love these baked apple cider donuts. I’ve made them a few times now and I’ve found there’s always some left over batter – I doubled the recipe this time btw and there’s fully 2 cups left after 2 dozen donuts were all finished.
Easy to make, house smells amazing. At some point I’ll try air fryer or even deep fried on the stovetop but until then? These are more than all right.

Did not know you could bake donuts. My ex hubby and I used to fry donuts in new years morning fir company that spent the night after our party. He eoukd tend to the hot oil for me ànd drop them in taking them out when I knew they were done. What a wast of oil though. Only time I ever used that much oil in cooking.

Baking donuts is so much fun! So many yummy recipes out there but I would say Lemon blueberry are my favorite.
