  1. PUMPJACKED

Burnt on the edges, rare in the middle.

Honestly it looks blue rare in some spots

  3. Inside-Definition-42

Blue/rare all day long…..unless you live in France, in which case they’ll call it well done!

It’s very rare. I would love to eat this steak. I would cool it longer for my wife and kids

  5. Maleficent_Rate_8250

Definitely on the rare end of the scale, but if you asked for medium rare I think they missed it.

  6. Hagfist

Yes, canned green beans are kinda not good.

EDIT: I saw the question, Rare with some blue rare

  7. Bogusfloo

If you temped it while cooking I would say it probably didn’t hit 120°.

  8. Adrenaline-Junkie187

Rare and the better question is what did you think it was? lol

  9. Ok_Cheesecake_5990

Blue rare. Rare the only way. If it don’t melt like butter it ain’t good

  10. LionsAndLonghorns

They cooked it cold. Lots of gray band and still blue rare in middle.

  11. Bubbly_Appeal5426

It’s rare, just a touch above black and blue.

  12. Fluffy-Grapefruit-66

Rare, blue rare in a few spots. I’d happily eat it.

  13. ultrahungry

    Rare obviously.
    And the beans look awful.

Very rare/blue and if thats not what you ordered 100% send it back w zero regrets. Whatever the restaurant charged you for it you deserve whatever temp you prefer/ordered.

  15. KBVan21

    That’s rare and bordering blue.

Those green beans also deserve sending back.

  16. Heckbound_Heart

I would say; cooked from frozen. “Blare”

I think your steak was too cold when you started the cook. Should really be fully room temp. That’s why you’ve got a hard grey band and a blue center
