Hi everyone! I just started a charcuterie business and am unsure of what to charge. I use cheeses mostly from Costco and Trader Joe’s. Fruit varies from Costco and farmers market. I like to add all crackers on the side and usually give them a variety of choices. I’m not sure the exact measurements of the board but it was able to feed 8 people. Any suggestions to make my board better are welcome !!

  1. I don’t have any suggestions on price here, but I just wanted to say how BEAUTIFUL this board is!! I absolutely love the variety and the way you displayed things. Also that you do crackers on the side, as to not take up space on the board. Thats a nice touch!

    well a general basis to price almost anything is cost of production + (hours x hourly wage). u can determine hourly wage however u want, but make sure its above ur state/country’s minimum wage.
