105g protein the whole day. I started snacking before I took the pic of my jerky, it wasn’t that little lol. I was 150lbs a while ago, this subreddit and other fitness subs got me down to 116. Life happened and I’m back to 125 but am more confident in my diet this time around!

I think collagen is not considered part of the protein count cause its not a complete protein. That’s what i read anyways.
