I was making my usual white bread recipe, and figured I'd double it and make some burger buns as well. I kinda eyeballed the size, but they turned out massive. The meat patty was 250g because I thought this was a 'quarter pounder'. I did not use my brain this day, but it's the best burger I ever had. Girlfriend was able to finish half of her burger, and I barely managed to eat it all…
Did not include a recipe because burger buns are nothing new I think, and who would want such huge burgers? Next time I'll make them a bit smaller!
